Invitations - Payment Information


We accept Visa, Master Card, Check or cash. Deposit of 50% is required before printing and 50% is due when job is complete. A valid credit card with an expiration date that is no less than 6 months away from the date of your event is required. If any payments have not been paid on the due dates, the amount due will be charged to your credit card in addition to a $50 late fee.

CONTRACT DETAILS

LIGHTS: We use only professional cameras, but in order to make the highest quality video and photographs, we ask you to light ceremony location adequately during your wedding service so we don't have to.

MUSIC: Client agrees that all music selections should become final two week prior to the event. The purchaser agrees to provide a proper work setting in regards to room temperature, light and space necessary for normal performance, as well as that musicians will not perform outside in the event of the rain, snow or under direct sunlight (as it will damage musical instruments). Purchaser provides chairs with no armrests at the location. Purchaser is responsible for the damages to the musical instruments or equipment caused by the purchaser, their guests or agents. Water or non-alcoholic beverages should be available to the musicians free of charge. Musicians are entitled to five-minute break for each hour of service taken at their discretion. Alvich.com reserves the right to substitute an individual musician in the group without prior notice in the event of sickness or unavailability of the originally scheduled musician.

Client to provide ALVICH with all music to be dubbed in this production in CD format and warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything ALVICH is to videotape or photograph including photos, music, guests, or any other materials delivered to ALVICH for inclusion in client's photographs or videotape. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ALVICH for any loss, damage or liability for infringement of any rights arising from the use or sale of tapes or photographs, client hires ALVICH to produce, edit, photograph or duplicate.
Client agrees to provide ALVICH with photos, music, etc. WITHIN 30 DAYS OF the Event and understands that failure to do so will necessitate moving the production to a later slot on the production schedule resulting in a SUBSTANTIAL delay in its completion along with additional expense. ALVICH assumes no responsibility for the safe keeping of said materials. Client is aware that because of the nature of a "live production", adverse situations and equipment failures can occur beyond our control that may alter the outcome of the production. In this or any other adverse occurrence, ALVICH's liability is limited to the fees collected. ALVICH and it's associates reserve the right to use the original tape, photographers and/or reproductions without restriction. Original images, videotapes and edited master remain the exclusive property of ALVICH and it's associates.
Client has reviewed samples of ALVICH's work and understands that final product to be similar to the samples you have viewed, but final product may vary. Photography and Videography by anyone other than ALVICH is STRICTLY prohibited. At ALVICH's request client shall provide lodging within 5 miles of the event location. Unless you arrange otherwise, we will erase ORIGINAL tapes of your event 30 days after you receive the edited copies. We will keep the MASTER tape for a period of 6 months on DVCAM digital tape. Photographic originals will kept on file for 120 days after your albums are delivered. Originals, reprints and copies are available for an additional charge. Any additions will be subject to a separate contract. If any portion of this agreement should be determined to be invalid, it is agreed that the invalidity of such portion shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this agreement. The agreement is for the exact date. If the event date is changed to a new date within one year, and ALVICH is available on the new date, ALVICH s will shoot on the new date and the client will be charged a rescheduling fee of $150.00. If ALVICH is not available, or if the event is canceled, ALVICH will refund client's money minus the deposit. That a segment of the event may be either not covered, partially covered, or not a part of the final product, is at the sole discretion of ALVICH as the exclusive producer of the event coverage. If something occurs during the wedding that the client does not want to appear in album or videotape, the client must instruct ALVICH before editing begins. If the client wants additional editing done after video or album has been edited by ALVICH, the client will be charged for re-editing at the rate of $65.00 per hour. ALVICH reserves the right to edit all videotapes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, and judgment upon the award by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties wave trial by jury, to the extent permitted by law, and expressly agree to mediation in any action, proceeding or counter claim brought by either party against the other, or any matter what so ever arising out of, or in any way connected with this agreement. ALVICH and associates reserves the right to use video footage, photographs and/or reproductions for display, publications, or other purposes. This contract is the entire agreement between the parties and can only be modified in writing with both parties' signatures. Any additions to this contract are subject to a new contract and $25 rewriting fee. The contract binds and benefits both parties, their successors, and assigns. The contract will be governed by the laws of Alabama. Estimated production date ( ) is subject to change. Payment information: Deposit of 20% ($200 minimum) is required to book your event. The remaining amount will be due in full 2-weeks prior to the event for video services. For musical services final payment due at the event paid in cash. For still photography 50% due two weeks before the event and the rest 30% is due when proofs are delivered. In the event of failure to pay on a timely basis as outlined above, client to be liable for all legal fees and costs incurred. There will be $100 late fee billed monthly, until balance is paid in full.
