The base price for video services includes 3 hours of coverage,3 Analog DVDs, set up, travel time to and from the ceremony and reception locations within Birmingham, basic titles.
How many hours will you need us at your wedding?
We require a 3 hour minimum. We recommend starting at least 2 hours before the ceremony to capture pre-wedding activities (view sample, DSL or Cable), but 30 minutes before ceremony is a must. We prefer to stay until bride and groom leave, in order to capture that moment for the video.
How many cameras would you like us to use during the ceremony?
We recommend 2 for better coverage.
How many cameras would you like us to use during the reception?
We recommend 1, but if you need us to film a lot of interviews or you think you will have a big reception we will gladly add a second camera (view sample, DSL or Cable.)
Would you like us to edit your wedding video?
This option is highly recommended. Although any video we provide will be quality work, editing takes your video from well filmed raw footage to a professional production with background music, black and white or sepia filters, wedding highlights from your wedding video (view sample, DSL or Cable) and much more. We can only offer the unedited video option (view sample, DSL or Cable) if you request we film with only 1 camera. If we are using 2 or more cameras, we will need to edit the film.
Would you like to get Analog DVDs with your package or digital DVDs?
3 copies of either option will be included with your order. Analog DVDs do not have chapters and do not come with customized covers. Digital DVDs are better quality, include chapters, so you go directly to specific parts of the wedding, such as the pre-wedding preparation, ceremony, reception, and cake cutting. Digital DVDs are personalized and come with customized case covers.

Would you like to proof edit your video before we finalize it?
We never have complaints about our editing style, but there may be clients who prefer to make small changes like changing a particular selection of music, or removing parts of the wedding video. If you choose this option we will give you one DVD with the edited material for a week, so that you can look over it and decide whether or not you wish to change something about video.
You will have 5 hours to sit with us in our office and to instruct us on what
changes you would like to make to your video. Afterwards, we will complete the video with your input. If you don't choose this option and would like to make some changes after video is complete we will charge you $65/hour to reedit, plus the cost of creating new DVDs.
The base price for photo services includes 2 hours of coverage, all of your original images on CD, enabling you to print unlimited quantities of prints at anytime, up to 500 4X6 high quality prints, set up, and travel time to and from place of ceremony and reception within the greater Birmingham area.
How many hours will you need us at your wedding?
We require a 2 hour minimum. We recommend starting at least 2 hours before the ceremony to take formal shots of the wedding party and relatives. We usually stay until bride and groom leave, so we can get pictures of that moment. According to our contract with the photographers, the price for a shooting a wedding for 7 hours or more includes an assistant's fee (this is already added into the prices listed below).
Would you like an assistant to come with a photographer?
This option is recommended for photojournalistic style photography and for larger weddings. The listed price for weddings totaling 7 hours or more already includes assistant fees.

Would you like us to photograph you for newspaper announcements or set up a pre-bridal photography session?
Pictures from the entire pre-bridal session will be available for purchase online. Pre-bridal portrait session must be scheduled no later than one month before the wedding.
Classical music for Ceremony. We start playing prelude music 15 minutes before the ceremony. We recommend a Quartet, as it is best suited to play the greatest variety of wedding music. A String Trio can perform a more limited selection of music, and is recommended for smaller weddings. A String Duo provides the most limited selection of wedding music.
